Use of the latest measurement technology
The precision of our products is largely based on the use of advanced measurement technology. Our sophisticated measuring equipment enables us to detect and correct even the smallest deviations. Our equipment includes, among other things
- 3D measuring machines: These capture the geometry of complex components in three dimensions and enable a comprehensive analysis of dimensional accuracy.
- Contour measuring devices: We use them to check the accuracy of profiles and contours to ensure that they meet the given specifications.
- Profile scanners: These devices record the surface structure of our workpieces and help to identify any irregularities at an early stage.
- Shape measuring machines: These are used to precisely determine shape deviations and ensure compliance with the tightest tolerances.
